Antiqued copper earrings featuring a long teardrop loop of coiled fine gauge copper wire.
Each earring features a teardrop shaped loop which is coiled with a finer gauge of copper wire in a tightly wrapped coil. Each earring uses over 1m of wire. To enhance the textures of the coils and wire wrapped neck of the loop, the earrings have been antiqued to give the appearance of lovingly aged copper.
The earrings hang from my own hand crafted straight drop earwires and they hang 40mm (1.6") overall and are 14mm (0.6") at the widest part of the teardrop. All cut ends have been polished to prevent snagging.
