I'm very proud of my reputation and long term record for providing exemplary customer service and giving all customers and sales my personal attention to detail.
I have always been very keen on receiving high standards of service and therefore, try to give my own customers the level of service I would hope to receive myself. I know that I often return to suppliers and retailers where I know that I will be well looked after - for some products, it's more important than just the price.
In the current era of instant 24/7 access to just about anything your heart desires, good old fashioned customer service is becoming that much more of a rarity and often only associated with top end luxury goods. But I can fully appreciate that my items are a luxury, no one actually needs them, so every purchase is considered very important and I aim to make all my customers feel that little bit pampered when buying either for themselves, or as a gift, from Boo's Jewellery.
