Entirely hand crafted earrings featuring long hammered and textured paddles of antiqued copper, wrapped with lengths of ball ended wire.
Each earring features a long rounded end paddle of hammered and textured antiqued copper. Around the middle of each paddle is wrapped a length of ball ended copper wire. The earrings hang from matching hand crafted balled earwires.
The paddles have been hammered flat then textured and the ends and drilled holes have been carefully rounded and smoothed for comfort in wear. I've formed the ball ends on the heavy gauge wire and wrapped a short length around each paddle.
Whilst all of the edges have been carefully smoothed by hand, please be aware that the slight projection of the balls may present a modest snag hazard if worn amongst longer hair.
The earrings hang 67mm (2.6") overall from the top of the earwire and are around 9mm (0.36") wide in wear. They could be made to order in different lengths, if you fancy something different.
