This molten bud earring design has been a popular one in the shop over time in both copper and Sterling silver, so I've now introduced them in shiny bronze. Each earring features a hammered and double wrapped loop, festooned with a cluster of molten bronze raindrop buds.
At the centre of each earring is a double wrapped and hammered loop of bronze wire and each earring has been wrapped with 14 molten buds of glossy bronze, which are deliciously fluid and move enchantingly, making a very delicate tinkling sound as the buds move. The earrings have been hand polished and tumbled for shine.
Each earring hangs 33mm (1.3") overall from the top of my hand formed classic shaped earwires, which have been hammered and tumbled for strength and the ends rounded for comfort and the earrings hang around 12mm (<½") wide in wear. They are quite small and delicate, so please check the sizes against a ruler.
