Pink glass and copper spirals necklace and earring set

This necklace and earring set has a slightly ethnic feel and has been entirely hand crafted in copper, accented with raspberry sorbet coloured hand made glass beads and copper spirals.  The beads are pink at their core, with a rainbow coloured coating.

The core ring of the pendant was soldered, hammered, textured and polished, then wrapped with one of my signature tendril bails and decorated with three very fluid dangles.  Each dangle features one hand made glass bead and a spiral of copper.   The necklace comes with a matching pair of earrings. 

The set has been antiqued, by which it is oxidised to black, then polished back, leaving dark remaining in the recesses to enhance detail and give it the look of a long loved heirloom.

The pendant drops 53mm (2") overall from the chain and the ring is 20mm (0.8") in diameter.  The hole in the bail is 6mm (¼") in diameter, allowing it to be moved to other necklaces and thongs.   The earrings drop 42mm (1.6") overall from the top of the hand formed earwires.   If you'd like it without the earrings, or something smaller, please ask, it's possible to vary the set.

Chain, length made to order:

The pendant comes with an antiqued copper chain which closes with my own hand crafted hook and loop clasp.  The chain will be made for you to order when you advise me of the finished length that you'd like it, up to 550mm (22") - if you'd like longer than 22", please add the 'Copper chain - extra length supplement' as in the Related Products below to your basket too - and don't forget to tell me what finished length that you'd like.
