Mustard jasper antiqued copper toggle bracelet

Antiqued copper toggle bracelet featuring mustard jasper beads spiral wrapped with copper wire, fastening with my own hand crafted square toggle clasp.

The beads in this bracelet are mustard jasper, a name quite appropriate for the colour of them and they almost have the look of wood, with a grain like texture running through them.

The bracelet has been antiqued to enhance the textures and bring out the warm tones of aged copper.   The toggle loop has been shaped with a slight curve to allow the bar to sit neatly in place and has been impressed with a pattern from an old printing block.

Toggle clasps are easy to fasten one-handed and I craft and measure them very carefully for a reliable closure and safety in wear.  They won't come undone by themselves, but that also makes them a little more fiddly to fasten - so you'll need a little ease in the fit to allow the bar to pass all the way through the hole to fall back into place.

Bracelet fit:

The bracelet has a fit of 178mm (7") and is 23mm (0.9") at its widest, at the toggle clasp. The beads are each 10mm (0.4") in diameter. 

This bracelet is a little larger than average but a link could be easily removed if you'd prefer the fit a bit smaller.  Removing one bead link (fit difference of around 20mm / ¾") would give it a fit of 158mm (6¼")
