Jet fire polished crystal and copper necklace with earrings

An ideal necklace for the festive season ahead - just the thing for the little black dress and lower necklines. Discreet and tipping the nod to a bygone era.

Graduated sizes of jet coloured fire polished glass beads are joined with fully secure wrapped loops in a half-beaded copper necklace, which comes with matching earrings.

Several sizes of the faceted black beads graduate to the largest central bead, which is 13mm (½") x 12mm (0.45") in size as the focal point at the front. There are 13 beads in total and the last one on each side joins to a length of solid copper premium quality belcher chain to complete the necklace.

The chain is fastened with a hand formed copper hook and loop fastening and further over-size wrapped loops, accented with jet Czech seed beads, give the option to adjust the length of the necklace in wear.

The copper has been antiqued, by oxidising, then polished back to shiny, to enhance the texture of the wrapping.

The necklace measures 530mm (20¾") at its longest setting and can be adjust shorter to a minimum of 495mm (19½"). I can shorten the chain a little if this will still be too long. The earrings hang 35mm (1.4") overall from the hand formed earwires, which have been lightly hammered for strength and filed smooth for your comfort.
