Curly heart shaped pendant, hand crafted in copper, wire wrapped with tiny copper beads. The pendant is worn on a fine antiqued copper cable chain and has been antiqued to highlight the wire wrapping.
The heart has been made from a single piece of heavy gauge copper wire. It has been formed, filed, hammered and extensively hand polished to be smooth and tactile to the touch. A classic everyday design that can be worn with anything. This is a larger version of my other wire wrapped heart pendant, please see the Related Products section below.
The bottom of the heart has been tightly wrapped with fine copper wire, trapping tiny copper beads for texture. It has been antiqued to highlight the details. It hangs from the chain from a fine oval hammered bail ring.
The heart is a smoothly sinuous and delicate design that drops 44mm (1¾") overall from the chain and hangs 34mm (1.33") at its widest in wear. It comes with an antiqued copper cable chain polished to match the pendant, which will be made to order for you up to 24" in length. The chain closes with my own hand crafted hook and loop clasp.
