Antiqued copper and bronze necklace featuring a hammered teardrop loop, wrapped with a cluster of African turquoise rondelles surrounding a single glossy long chip of Labradorite.

The central feature of this necklace is a hand crafted loop of hammered copper, ball riveted in the centre where it crosses, with the arms extending upwards to join to the heavy weight cable chain of the necklace at each side.

The central stone is a long smooth chip of Labradorite, which has a lovely yellow green flash.  I have shouldered this speckled chip with matching African turquoise rondelles, wire wrapped on bronze balled headpins, to coordinate with the yellow tones of the Labradorite and African turquoise.

African Turquoise is a teal green coloured jasper found in Africa.  It is often dyed more deeply turquoise as it resembles the rather rarer gemstone it takes its name from due to the brown matrix running through it.  These stones are the natural colour of African Turquoise.

The pendant aspect of the necklace drops around 70mm (2¾") from the line of the chain and is 44mm (1¾") at its widest.

The chain of the necklace, which fastens with my own hand crafted hook and loop clasp, gives an overall length in wear of around 595mm (23½"), but this can be shortened to your requirements.  Please let me know your preferred size in the comment box during checkout.
