Small antiqued copper curly heart shaped pendant, wire wrapped with tiny Sterling silver beads. This pendant is a small vesion of my curly heart pendant and another one in the range of heart shaped pieces. The structure of the heart shape has been entirely hand crafted and cold forged from a single piece of copper wire.
The bottom of the heart has been tightly wrapped with finer copper wire, trapping small Sterling silver beads for texture. It has been antiqued to highlight the details and texture of the wire wrapping. It hangs from the chain from an oval bail ring. To be honest, I made this version of the heart by mistake when I started making a couple to re-stock a design I have in the shop (see the Related Products section below), but started off at the wrong size from my notes and this delicate little one emerged instead, so it may well end up a one of a kind.
The heart is a smoothly sinuous and delicate design that drops 33mm (1.3") overall from the chain and hangs 24mm (0.95") at its widest in wear. It comes on a fine antiqued copper cable chain polished to match the pendant, which will be made to order for you up to 24" in length. The chain closes with my own hand crafted hook and loop clasp.
Please note that chains used in photographs are 'prop' chains used for all products, your chain will be made to order and polished to match the pendant.
