An entirely hand made antiqued copper bracelet featuring links of tightly coiled copper wire. The bracelet closes with a hand crafted hook and makes a nice every day comfortable bracelet.
The links of the bracelet are double wrapped copper wire, forming a solid, tightly hand wrapped coil of metal, interlinking with oversize round loops at each end. It has a nice solid weight to it and drapes nicely in wear.
The bracelet closes with a hand crafted hook into the last link, the loop of which has been made slightly larger and hammered for ease of closing and strength.
All metal work has been filed smooth for your comfort and the bracelet both hand polished and tumbled for shine and finish. The copper has been antiqued to bring out the lovely warm tones and highlight the texture of the coiling.
The fit of this bracelet is 175mm (<7"). This is not a linear length, but the length of the inner dimension, as it sits on the wrist in wear. The bracelet has an average width in wear of 6mm (¼").
The design can also be made with alternating beads, please see the Related Products below for an example - but it could be made with other semi-precious gemstones or beads I have available.
