Teardrop shaped antiqued copper earrings featuring a rosebud knot. These earrings have been cold forged in several stages from a single piece of copper wire by tying it into the rosebud knot and forming them into a teardrop shaped loop.
The loops have been hammered and extensively hand polished to a smooth and lustrous finish. The earrings have been antiqued to bring out the textures of the rosebud knots.
They hang 40mm (1½") overall from the top of my own large classic earwires and are 14mm (0.55") at their widest.
