Twisted teardrop and rosebud knot earrings

Twisted teardrop shaped loop earrings in antiqued copper and each featuring a rosebud knot. These earrings have been cold forged in several stages from a single piece of copper wire by tying it into the rosebud knot and forming them into a teardrop shaped loop and twisting the top section for some textural interest.
The earrings have been hammered and hand polished to a smooth and comfortable finish. The earrings have been antiqued to bring out the textures of the rosebud knots and twists.
They hang 40mm (1½") overall from the top of my own straight drop earwires and are 11mm (0.45") at their widest.
