Faceted jade and antiqued copper rosebud knot wrap earrings

Antiqued copper and micro faceted jade beads, spiral wrapped with fine wire which forms a delicate rosebud knot below the bead.

Each earring is made from a single piece of wire which has been variously knotted, looped around the bead and wrapped above it in an alternative to a more straightforward headpin. I'm forever fiddling with wire in my quest to find new and original ways to feature lovely beads in easy to wear everyday earrings.

The micro faceted green jade beads are variegated from pale cloud like colours to deep blue green teals.

The earrings are entirely hand crafted and drop 35mm (1.4") overall from the top of the straight drop earwires and are 11mm (0.45") at their widest. They have been antiqued to bring out the textures of the wrapping and all cut ends have been filed smooth for your comfort.

Last pair!

I thought that I couldn't offer this popular design again, but I found one more pair of beads that were suitable for the double wire that needs to pass through them, so this really will be my very last pair of this design.  The pattern on the pair available is perhaps a smidge paler overall than those shown in the photographs.
