Faceted Carnelian and copper washer earrings

Entirely hand crafted antiqued copper earrings with deep red and orange Carnelian faceted beads and waffle-edged and textured copper washers.

I've made every aspect of these earrings myself, except for the Carnelian beads. Each earring features 4 gorgeous faceted rondelles of Carnelian in tones from deep red to peach, graduating in tone as they rise up the earring. The beads are separated by my own copper washers, made from precious metal clay (PMC) - each one is different, randomly hand shaped and textured.

The beads and washers and assembled on my own ball ended headpins, double wrapped above the bead stack, then hanging from straight drop earwires. All cut ends have been polished smooth for your comfort and the earrings have been antiqued to enhance the textures.

The earrings hang 48mm (1.9") overall from the top of the earwires and are 13mm (½") at their widest.
