Antiqued copper and Mustard Jasper pendant necklace

An antiqued copper and Mustard Jasper oval pendant necklace featuring a decorative hammered leaf spiral mount.

The oval shaped stone, which has gorgeous tan coloured splodges that put me in mind of abstract modern art, has been hung on a hammered leaf spiral shape in antiqued copper which acts as a large decorative headpin, bent back over the front of the stone as a feature.

The wire at the top of the stone has been formed into a generously sized hanging bail and double wrapped in a chunky finish to the top. The metal has been hammered for stability of the shapes and extensively hand polished for finish to the touch.

The back of the stone is just as pretty in its markings as the front and it could be worn reversed, as a plain stone without the copper leaf spiral showing, as can be seen in one of the additional photographs.

The pendant hangs 46mm (1.8") below the antiqued copper cable chain and is 28mm (1.1") wide. The chain will be made to order for you and will close with my own hand crafted hook and loop clasps. Please specify the length of chain that you'd like, up to 24", during checkout. A longer chain could be supplied for a modest supplement.
