An elegant pair of long drop antiqued copper earrings featuring deep blue faceted jade bead dangles at the bottom of long spiral wrapped connectors formed from two coils of copper - a design I call 'coil on coil'.
The feature connectors of these earrings are made from a central core of tightly coiled copper wire, which has been over-spiralled with a heavier gauge of copper wire.
The beaded dangles are a micro faceted jade bead which has been dyed a gorgeous rich deep blue which has been spiralled with copper wire, terminating with a polished paddle of copper.
The earrings have been antiqued to enhance the texture of the spiralled wires of the coil on coil connectors and wire wrapping and they hang from my own hand crafted large classic earwires, to compliment the long elegant shape of the earrings.
The earrings hang 66mm (2.6") overall from the top of the earwires and are 10mm (0.4") across the widest diameter of the bead.
